Building Your Online Business One Step at a Time

STEP 1 - YOUR NICHE

One of the first things that you must do prior to starting your online business is figuring out what do you enjoy doing the most and research to see which companies offer a product or service related to your liking. WHY? because it will be much easier to get you to enjoy it more and pay more attention to it, then getting into something you know nothing about. Now if you have a passion or hobby, you can share it with others that are searching for valuable information related to the solution they are looking for based on your experience, and this is where your blog or video blog or both will come in handy. You want to make sure that Google loves you in this area, so they can send you as much traffic as possible. One of the best ways of doing this is by giving your readers valuable and fresh content daily so they can share with others through their network and so on. There is also affiliate marketing, in this area you promote products in where you can make anywhere from 5% - 100% commission per sale, there are MLM companies, which are based on products people use daily and so on.

STEP 2 - GENERATE LEADS

After you know what kind of niche/home business you want to get yourself involved with, now you must get the tools necessary to gain the trust of your audience and get them interested in leaving you their e-mail address, so then you can send them e-mails to not only get them more involved in getting to know and build trust with you, but this is where you have the opportunity to make sales on Autopilot, from re-programmed e-mails that goes out to those who opted-in ever 2 - 3 days.

To Generate Leads

1. A Good Converting Capture/Landing Page with a Free Gift (VERY VALUABLE) for Opting In to your Newsletter or E-Mail List

2. A good Eye Catching Website or Blog Based on What You are Offering Them

3. A Small Up-sell - Based on the solution they need (some people buy at the moment, some people purchase later)

4. Setting up your Auto-responder with valuable information to keep them wanting to learn more from you, through social media, ebooks and webcasts.

5. Interact with Your Leads, call them (if you feel comfortable), write them an e-mail or one of the best ways is, interacting with them through social media, its more personal and more time you can dedicate to them, it makes them feel special if you just say hello and get to know them, don't just sell to them.

STEP 3 - FREE & PAID ADVERTISEMENT

Depending on the budget you have there are 2 ways of Advertisement you can go with, the FREE Way or the PAID WAY, they both work, but the Paid Advertisements works faster and better because the leads you will be generating are high converting leads (meaning they are credit card ready in hand to buy what you have to offer).
